Kent, also known as Aruba Bob, Kyra, and Alex take pride in sharing their passion for the water with others. If you want to experience something fun, exciting, and unique, come snorkel with us!
Our goal at Aruba Bob is to give you, your friends and your family the most memorable snorkeling experience on Aruba. You will enjoy the most exciting and beautiful snorkeling in Aruba.
Unlike some snorkeling tours, we enter from the beach and not a boat. Using our underwater scooters we cover nearly one mile of reef. It is truly spectacular!
Club Arias, located right next door to us, is a hidden gem in Aruba not to be missed. If you are looking for somewhere to really get away from it all, this is it! Club Arias is located in Savaneta, a town with some of the best beaches and restaurants on the island.Visit
Aruba Sunrise Tours is a personalized and unique driving adventure. On your half-day guided tour you will meander through the unspoiled, picturesque Northeast coast of Aruba and through the Arikok National Park. Located at Club Arias.Visit
Barefoot is one of our favorite places to eat. You are guaranteed a beautiful setting, amazing food and outstanding service. If you are looking for a romantic sunset dinner in Aruba, Barefoot is unbeatable.Visit
We use Jad’s for all of our diving needs. You can expect personalized service from the crew of friendly and professionally PADI trained instructors to make sure you have the most enjoyable time at JADS Dive Center.Visit
Some guests are comfortable to try diving at some of the deeper spots. While holding your breath you are able to let the scooter pull you under the water. Some guests even attempt to reach a sunken boat 35' below the surface. If this is something you might like to try we can give some advice. But either way you are free to enjoy the best coral reef on Aruba however you feel comfortable.
To book your tour, we will require full payment in advance on PayPal (plus a $5 transaction fee). Once you submit your booking, you will receive a follow up confirmation email which includes instructions on processing the PayPal payment. In the event of inclement weather, we might inform you that your tour has been canceled (we make the call on this one) in which case you would receive a full refund. If it rains, it's typically for a short duration and we're going to get wet anyway!
When booking your tour: it's NECESSARY that you provide ship arrival/departure times (local time) in your FIRST inquiry.
Transportation: we require that you call a taxi (about $30/$35) to get to our place (we'll send directions). At the conclusion of your tour, we're happy to arrange a taxi for you.Excited to now have cruise ship passengers ON BOARD with Aruba Bob! Feel free to check us out on Trip Advisor.
During your tour we will take plenty of photos of you and your group, plus all the amazing things we see along the way. Some people ask to bring their own camera but we recommend you leave it behind. Since you will be using a scooter, it can be difficult to manage a camera and control the scooter at the same time. We want our snorkelers to relax and enjoy the experience, so let us capture the moment on camera for you! See a sample of photos below.
Hi, my name is Kent Gerber (AKA "Aruba Bob"). I spent many years traveling with my family to Florida, Hilton Head, Smokey Mountains, Hawaii, Cayman Island, Florida Keys, Punta Cana, Cancun, Bonaire, and Aruba. After my trip to Aruba, I fell in love with the island and its ocean life. Aruba was the perfect location for snorkeling and in 2010 I started giving tours here to share my passion with others.
Hi, my name is Kyra Gerber and I am Kent's daughter. Naturally, snorkeling is in my blood and I have been called a "fish" ever since I was young. Now I enjoy spending four to five months in Aruba helping give tours.
Hi, my name is Alex I joined the team in 2016, my native language is Spanish. I have been living in Aruba for 10 years and I am an avid snorkeler and Scuba diver. I look forward to providing you the best snorkel experience on the island.
Coco has lived on Aruba for 25 years and he knows the water like the back of his hand. Coco is a great guide to show you the underwater world here on Aruba.
